One of the biggest challenges hotel owners face is safety of their guests and
employees. The direct and indirect costs from a single accident can sometimes be
tremendous. That is why we offer complimentary safety plans that are customized
to your business. The most cost-effective way to deal with an accident is to
prevent it.
Section 125 Plans -
Do you offer employee benefits? If so, then you
should have a section 125 plan that allows all employee contributions to be
deducted on a pre-tax basis. Many accountants and lawyers will charge $700-1000
for a section 125 plan. Our in-house CPA can provide a plan at no charge to any
of our clients.
Worker's Comp. Experience Mod. -
If you have an experience modification factor on
your worker's compensation plan, then you are probably already aware of how it
can raise or lower your premiums. We will not only show you how it is
calculated, but how you can lower your factor to receive savings on your
insurance.
Reconstruction Cost Guide -
Far too many hotel owners have no received little
or no guidance as to what their hotels should be insured for. In addition many
are also unaware of what will happen if they have a partial loss and the
insurance company determines the hotel was underinsured. Your insurance quote
will include a detailed reconstruction guide at no cost to you.
